Cottage soon to be Summerlin home!
Chris and I spent all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday working on the cottage. Chris finished the electrical including outlets, switches, ceiling fans, light fixtures, appliance hookups, HVAC and the list goes on and on. But he got finished! I helped by cleaning up behind him and handing him things! Here is the cottage: light fixture is in the breakfast nook, the backsplash in the kitchen is BEAUTIFUL, the fun part was I got to help mom throughout most of the selections!

I love the tile detail and the all of the finish selectiond... it looks great!
You are so lucky to have a handy husband!! We are in dire need of electical work because we actually have rooms in our house (2 of the 4 bedrooms and my office) with light switches but no ceiling lights installed, ugh!

thanks girls! Hubby passed on the final electrical inspection yesterday so we are relieved! Just waiting on the final of the whole house and my sister and husband can move in!!
