30 day challenge starting on the 15th!

I don't do most things normal! So why should I start this at the beginning of the month!?

I have been reading others blog post about eating their way through pantry and freezer. I have decided to challenge myself to see how little I can spend in the next 30 days.

On day 1: we ate lunch out with Chris's parents and they treated. For dinner we had a frozen pizza.

Today is day 2:
breakfast: we ate cereal as usual. Lunch: Chris's lunch was his usual sandwich and chips. My lunch was creative left overs: Lima beans, black eyes peas and steamed zucchini (from our garden) covered in spaghetti sauce with ground turkey! Not bad if I do so say!!
Dinner: I used some frozen chicken to make "Ash's Mexy Chicky" which I put into hard taco shells with cheese, green peppers and sour cream. For the side was a can of refried beans topped with cheese.
